I am a person who likes quick breakfasts. Sometimes I myself don’t even eat breakfasts. I had the chance to try the Yoplait Strawberry Banana Frozen Smoothie. I never realized how thick they get when you make them in the blender. I never knew it was just milk and fruit! The fruit tasted fresh and looked fresh as well. It was the best smoothie I had in a very long time.

Did you know that 7 out of 10 Americans do not consume the daily recommended amount of fruit? I guess I am one of these people. Well Yoplait Smoothies contain a full serving of fruit as well as real Yoplait yogurt pieces with live and active cultures.
