Yesterday I took the day off from emails and blogging to spend time with my daughter. The kids in town had early release so Dakota had a light day yesterday.

I took my daughter over to a friends house for a couple hours. The weather this week has been really warm for this time of year so I figured we might want to enjoy it. All week so far we have been spending time outside. Any way back to the story. My daughter finally had a girl her age to play with. They started out playing really nice in the toy room. Then I took them outside and they played on the swings and the slide. Well a little bit later the attention turned it’s focus to a trampoline.

Brittany has never been on a trampoline before. She had a absolute blast and I wish I would have had my cell phone on me to take pictures. She was screaming jumpy jumpy jumping around. She would fall on her but and the other two girls would be jumping and she would be bouncing. She would giggle and laugh. It was the neatest thing to see her face light up like it did. She really enjoyed that.

They also played on the HUGE front porch they had. She got a kick out of a kids swing that her and one of the little girls were sitting on.

We came home and the kids next door asked if I would bring Brittany outside. I thought since she wasn’t worn out yet it would be a fantastic idea. It was starting to get chilly but we stayed out there for over an hour. I took the kids for a walk around the block. She played her heart out running around and playing on the swing set.

Now tell me this isn’t a face having a blast!!
