Wordless Wednesday – Wild Life Sanctuary and Crazy Ducks
Monday I mentioned we went to the Wild Life Sanctuary. Brittany loved the whole thing and she loved the ducks. She was trying to catch them it was so funny. There were many of them around. They were hungry this time that we were their. So buying the bags of corn wasn’t a waste of money this time.
This next picture is of Dakota feeding the ducks. He wanted the ducks and geese to eat right out of his hands but I wouldn’t allow that.
This last picture is my favorite. All though are walk there Brittany wanted to hold her older brother’s hand. She wanted nothing to do with me. I thought it was funny.

fun times! i havent seen so many ducks for ages now.. thanks for sharing!

There were a ton of them all over the place. I can’t believe how many are there. But it’s always fun to go and visit. Thanks for stopping by.

LOL Thom he sure was. He was having a blast. I loved how he drew me pictures of a turtle and how he was telling me about snakes. It was awesome.
I would have been afraid they’d accidentally nip him. I would have done the same thing. I love feeding ducks!

This totally reminded me of a time when my son (now 23) was feeding some geese at the park. When he ran out of bread, they rushed him. He squeeled and turned to run and one of the geese chomped down on his retreating rear end! I was laughing so hard I could barely beat the thing back off him. But I did, because that is what moms do.

My son LOVES ducks. There is a park with tons and tons of them. Little man just walks right up. Always scares me!

Geese are so mean!! They are a little aggressive. They actually chased us once at a petty farm. Shudder!
The last picture is so sweet!

Thanks Elizabeth. You should have seen how many there were. Some of them were really ornary and fighting with each other.
