Wanchai Ferry and My Blog Spark have given me the opportunity to write a review and offer one of my readers a gift basket. Let’s start off with Wanchai Ferry. I bet your wondering exactly what it is. Well it’s a complete dinner for two. I was lucky to try the Wanchei Ferry Orange Chicken.
I must say it was absolutley fantastic. My nephew and I were the ones to try this. I thought that the sauce was very sweet but yet had a little zing to it. My nephew had mentioned it reminded him of sweet and sour chicken. We both absolutely love it. My favorite part was that the meal took less then 15 minutes to make. Very quick for a well cooked meal. The orange chicken has battered chicken, brocolli, carrots, baby corn on the cob, a zesty orange sauce, all over a bed of jasmine rice. Jasmine rice is my favoarite too!
Wanchai Ferry also has five flavors: Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Spicy Garlic Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Sweet and Spicy Shrimp.
My next purchase will be the Spicy Garlic Chicken.

I have only tried one kind of these Wanchai Ferry frozen meals, but I think I picked the best of the bunch. I had the spicy garlic chicken and it was good! The best part is that it is so quick to make. I really wish I could figure out how to make good chinese food from home, but this is a good substitue for takeout.
