Tuna Noodle Supreme
I was going through my recipes and I stumbled up on this one. I can’t eat tuna as it’s fish and I am allergic to it. So I am going to substitute the tuna with chicken. I am going to make this for supper tonight. I also noticed that there is something missing in this casserole. The cheeseaholic that I am will add a bag of cheese to this recipe. I won’t have broccoli in it as I don’t like it cooked.
Tuna Noodle Supreme
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
4 cups cooked small pasta shells
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 can (12 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
In a large bowl combine for the first 7 ingredients. Stir until smooth. Stir in pasta, brocolli, tune, red pepper, and onions. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 – 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Try the canned chicken instead of tuna. That’s what I am doing tonight.
What a great idea to substitute the tuna with chicken. I love tuna, but I think its disgusting hot. I think I’ll try this with chicken as you suggested. Thanks for sharing

Your welcome! In fact I forgot to get the peppers and onion so we won’t be having that. I don’t have parmesan either. So a bag of shredded cheese is going in. LOL
Sounds yummy!
