Well let’s see I can’t really talk about my oldest Brad as he has been by his Grandparents. His cell phone had to go in for repairs and he absolutely doesn’t like the loaner phone he has. So I hear about that. He has been lapping in the luxury of having no brother or sister around. Enjoying his quiet time.
Brittany well she is getting bigger and bigger as the days go on. I have plans for her when the kids go back to school next week. I won a preschool curriculum for ages 18months to 36 months and I plan on working on it with her while the kids are in school. She is picking up words like crazy. Nemo is one of her favorites. She is obsessed with puppies. Every time she sees one on TV she starts screaming puppy! She loves the movie 102 Dalmations. I swear the first time we turned it on she screamed puppy for 10 minutes straight. No lie. I was going to catch it on video. It was rather funny. Dakota took his toys out of the toy box and organized them in his room so Brittany now has a new toy box. Yesterday I caught her in the toy box sitting. Except I only got pictures of her climbing out. She has been enjoying the park the last two days. She loves to be outside and just wonder around.
Now onto Dakota. Dakota is bored and ready to go back to school I think. He is constantly into things lately. His OCD has really come out and he has been organizing things like crazy. Anything he can get his hands on he will organize. Yesterday I shared his glitter art work. Later today we might bring out my scrapbook stuff as it’s suppose to rain. He hasn’t been building. He has been busy playing the Wii games too. He too has been enjoying the park for the last 2 days. The one park he spent frog hunting down by the creek. He has been hiding out downstairs watching some VHS movies. Getting into things he shouldn’t too.
I am ready for school to start. 7 more days and counting!!

Wow, 7 more days until school? They have been in school for nearly a month around here.

Really I am excited for the kids to go back. Although I am concerned on how they will handle Dakota and his issues. I called and left a message for the teacher yesterday and I haven’t heard back from her yet.
My grandaughter goes to orientation tomorrow. Then kindergarten Thurs afternoon.

I think they are excited. I think they want to see their friends. I am pretty sure they are bored. Dakota shows it the most. LOL

What a great meme… I’ll have to plan to participate next week… we all do love to show off our kids don’t we
Sounds like yours are a wonderful handful… thankfully the majority of my lil trouble makers are grown up and I only have lil Steffers left to drive me the rest of the way to the looney bin.
I was just wondering what curriculum you won… I’d like to find something for Steff that’s not too expensive just to use as a guideline and for activities ideas.

My kids are surely a handful. If school doesn’t come any faster I myself may end up in the looney bin. LOL I hope I survive 7 more days!! The curriculum I won I believe was from Itty Bitty Book Worm. I don’t know there website off hand but I can find it for you. I don’t think it was really all that expensive. I thought it was pretty reasonable when I looked at the website.
