Well I have no projects nor crafts this week. It’s been a busy week last week and this week well it’s not so busy. Later this week I want to try to do something crafty with Dakota if he will want to I don’t know yet. He was in a building phase of hammering boards together and what not. Now he kind of slowed down and moved to the closets. He rearranged 3 closets in the house. For some reason he likes that closure. Part of that is from his autism and part of that is just being a kid. We are going to do something in his closet by securing boards so that if he feels the need to climb he can. Just trying to make things safer for him. We are going to make a little fort for him. Maybe do a little painting in there too. Not sure yet. After all my dad bought some paints and we still have it to use. I have stars and stencils too. So by making him a creative and safe place I think he will enjoy it. Now to do it in between Brittany’s naps.

Brad well he is just Brad. He has had his butt planted to a chair in the living room playing X Box games with my nephew. The good thing is at least I know what he is doing and where he is

Brittany has been exploring my cabinets and ripping them a part. She even got a new toy yesterday we got to explore and review. I posted about that yesterday and you can find it here if you missed it.

I taught her to wave her finger and say no no no. Well she waves her finger but you don’t here the no’s. I am including the video below:

The kids and I went to Iron Mountain Michigan on Sunday. We spent the night swimming. Brittany had a blast swimming with her new fish intertube. She was kicking and splashing and having fun. Dakota even had fun playing around. He played pickle in the middle with a ball with 2 girls that were in the pool. Brad and my nephew had fun splashing around at each other. It was a nice little get away!
