Tired Of Current Cell Phone Carrier Say Hello to “Hello Better” #HelloBetter
Like many people who have cell phones, I am one who is not totally satisfied with my current carrier. I have been with this carrier for almost 9 months now. I drop a lot of calls in areas I shouldn’t. I have a cell phone tower in town here and my signal isn’t the greatest. They do a lot of upgrades and towers have been worked on. All this has been going on since December. The customer service for technical support has been atrocious. I have to go throw multiple steps that are only a temporary fix. I shouldn’t have to have a temporary fix it should be working and fully functional. After all I surely do pay for it.
U.S. Cellular believes that people deserve better. A mobile phone is suppose to make life simpler and easier to get things done. Your relationship with your carrier should be the same. U.S. Cellular treats there customers like neighbors, not numbers.
I know that one of the things that stops me at the moment from finding a new carrier is that I am stuck in a 2 year contract and the possibility of another carrier not having my phone.
Seriously it’s about time to say good by to a dysfunctional wireless relationship and say hello to a better experience. Good by neglect, hello respect. It’s time to check out the many plans that U.S. Cellular has to offer. The plans range from prepaid, regular plans, unlimited plans, data plans, and more. What sparked my interest in one of the plans was that if you wanted upgrade to a new phone you could without having to renew a contract.
Another thing I found interesting and unique was that U.S. Cellular is one of the only cell phone companies that offer a rewards program, no contract after the first contract ends, free incoming calls and texts, free overage protection and free battery swaps for your device. The points you earn you can use for accessories, free phones, and faster upgrades. Now that is definitely a awesome perk!
Thinks it’s about time to make a switch.
