Wordless Wednesday – Crazy Birds

Since we moved to the house we are in we have a TON of birds that fly around. By fly around I mean they are not afraid of us they fly right by us. Not aggressively though. We have a cardinal that visits regularly, a robin who is always somewhere in the yard, and a barn owl. I absolutely love watching them. It’s kind of peaceful sitting outside watching and listening. The kids and I are going to make some feeders for them.

Well one morning I was out side I saw the robin perched on the the roof.

Wordless Wednesday: Winter Wonderland!

I cannot believe how much snow we got this year compared to last year. I am really excited as I love seeing the fresh snow on the ground. Everything looks so pretty. We haven’t been out to play in the newest snow. I should get out there with the kids after dinner maybe and make a snow man as it is the good packing snow. The kids I am sure will have a few days to make up at the end of the year as they had yet another snow day! Hope you all had a terrific Wednesday!

We finally had some snow this year to go sledding. So I met some friends at the park with their kiddos. My daughter had a blast sledding with the kids. Even I went down the hill a few times 🙂

Wordless Wednesday – Music in the Park

We went to music in the park last week. I didn’t really enjoy the music as much. I did enjoy the company of friends 🙂 It was nice to get out and socialize. My daughter had fun playing at the park while we listened to the music and talked. I took my neighbors daughter with us and the two of them played.

I snapped this picture of them climbing up the chains that look like nets and it was my favorite picture of them. They almost look like silhouettes.

Wordless Wednesday – Awesome Chalk Drawings

Over the weekend the kids in the complex here brought out there chalk. They were occupied doing different chalk drawings. Had to take a picture of them as I thought they were gorgeous.
