Care For Creation is a Childrens Book by Christy Badwin. The book is about recycling and how one can care for the planet. I liked how this book made one more aware of caring for the Earth. It talked a little bit about things like pollution, conservation of energy, things one could do to make the world a better place. The pictures in this book were fantastic they fit each page perfectly. At the end of each page was a little scripture. Now I typically don’t get into these types of books but I found it to get me thinking a little bit. Each scripture fit each page perfectly too. I think this is an excellent book for kids and it shows them how to promote awareness and the things they can do to make a difference.  Read more...

I have had the chance to review Second Chance: How Adoption Saved A Boy With Autism and His Shelter Dog by Sandra J. Gerencher. I can’t tell you how much this book touched my heart. I won’t tell you the whole story as you really MUST read it for yourself. It’s about a dog that was adopted from a shelter. The story is told through the dogs eyes. He meets his new family and has many questions. Believe it or not the boy answers all his questions. The dog is in heaven with the answers.
