A Very Moist Cherry Pie Filling Bread

Today I have spent the day baking again. I love it when I get a chance to bake. I like to freeze a lot of what I bake and give some away. The kids will be set when it comes to muffins before the weekend is over.

Tomorrow is going to be another rainy and cold day so I will be in a baking frenzy again. Today I made a very moist Cherry Pie Filling Bread. I added some chocolate chips too it. I tell you it’s the most perfect treat!

Chicken Pot Pie

My Uncle gave me this recipe tonight. I am assuming that you bake this according to the directions on the crescents.

Chicken Pot Pie

3 cups Chicken, cubed

1 bag mixed veggies

4 ounces of velveta, cubed

1 can of cream of chicken

1 can of refrigerated crescents

Cook up the chicken first and then cube it. Then spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with pam. Then mix everything together except the crescents. Then roll out the crescents on top so it’s in a layer to cover everything like a pie top. Bake it until the top is golden brown.

Chicken Potato Casserole

I really liked this. My oldest son and my husband said they didn’t care for this. I tweeked it a little. I didn’t add the peppers or onions, I added a whole container of sour cream and 2 full bags of cheese. It was a little soupy. I thought this tasted fantastic. Oh and instead of baking it I threw it in the crock pot. I didn’t add the potato chips either.
