Yesterday while I was blog hopping I got a phone call. It was from Organizing America. I think that’s who it is anyway. I had signed a petition for healthcare and I wrote a story about the coverage we have and don’t have. I am really upset how insurance companies dictate what they will and they won’t pay for. Here in our state they don’t cover Autism or any kind of Developmental Delays. So you have to have therapists that work around the certain coding to just get it covered. It’s rather frustrating. I know our state is one of them that are going to try to mandate the insurance companies to pay for Autism. It would be a great load off the Federal Government and the County. Dakota is on a Child Waiver that pays for the services that he receives for Autism. Which I am very thankful for.  Read more...
