Day 4: The Best Ever Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Author: Welcome to Day 4 of new to me recipes. Yesterday I made what I think are the best ever home made chocolate chip muffins. The batch made about 2 1/2 dozen muffins. My kids have devoured half of them already. They are very moist and of course can’t forget chocolaty!
Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

I finally found a BlueBerry Muffin recipe that was not dry or crumbled. They are very moist. I really wish that this year I would have gotten to go blueberry picking but I will save that for next year as I think we have to go up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for that.

Well I am actually tired from all that baking and trying to keep things cleaned up in between each new thing I did. I thought I could sneak 2 more things in tonight. Those will have to just wait until tomorrow.
