Kids Say The Cutest Things

I have to tell you about a couple stories over the last couple days that have really kinda of made me chuckle. I think my favorite things about being a parent is watching my kids grow and become themselves and watching their personalities.

I don’t remember what Brittany was mad about but she was having one of her little temper tantrums. I looked over at her and said Brittany your such a Drama Queen. Brittany’s response: NO I Brittany! I couldn’t help but giggle at that. I was a little irratated with her little temper tantrum but that response had me giggling.

Kids and Boxes….It’s the little things.

It amazes me how the littlest things can make kids happy. My kids decided to be funny and use there Happy Meal Boxes as Masks! The things that kids come up with. LOL

My Daughter Is Amazing – Imaginary Snowman

Yesterday I spent the whole day with my daughter in between homeschooling Dakota. We first started out by drawing Christmas Pictures and the making them look like Snow. Both Dakota and Brittany did this. Dakota had autism therapy yesterday for 2 hours so I used that time to spend with Brittany. We played catch, played with dolls, read books, watched TV. She helped me make lunch. After all the she finally tired out. LOL

Yesterday’s Day Off

Yesterday I took the day off from emails and blogging to spend time with my daughter. The kids in town had early release so Dakota had a light day yesterday.

I took my daughter over to a friends house for a couple hours. The weather this week has been really warm for this time of year so I figured we might want to enjoy it. All week so far we have been spending time outside. Any way back to the story. My daughter finally had a girl her age to play with. They started out playing really nice in the toy room. Then I took them outside and they played on the swings and the slide. Well a little bit later the attention turned it’s focus to a trampoline.

Park Adventure

Last night my oldest son and I took little Mrs Never Tired to the park. We didn’t plan on staying that long but we ended up there for almost 2 hours. We did have a lot of fun. My friend even met us there with her kids. Brittany ran and played. She jumped, climbed, laughed, fell down, and it all repeats itself.

I really wanted to tire her out so when we got back she would go to sleep. Nope didn’t happen. She was tired but fought her sleep. So every day this week while it’s nice we are going to the park so she can burn some energy off.
