Like many people who have cell phones, I am one who is not totally satisfied with my current carrier. I have been with this carrier for almost 9 months now. I drop a lot of calls in areas I shouldn’t. I have a cell phone tower in town here and my signal isn’t the greatest. They do a lot of upgrades and towers have been worked on. All this has been going on since December. The customer service for technical support has been atrocious. I have to go throw multiple steps that are only a temporary fix. I shouldn’t have to have a temporary fix it should be working and fully functional. After all I surely do pay for it.  Read more...
