Girl Scout Picinic and Corn Maze and an Ice Cream Slide??
Today since the kids had off of school we arranged for Girl Scouts and their families to participate in a picnic and Corn Maze event. Let me tell you the weather was cold. I had a mom say that her and her daughter were coming but they never showed up so it was just me and my daughter. There were 4 other troops that braved the cold. We got there about 10:30. My daughter spotted the Ice Cream Slide!! Let me tell you after that I lost my daughter. She kept going up and down and having a blast. There was two older girls that walked up and took care of my daughter. I didn’t ask they just did it. Let me tell you that a random act of kindness can really make ones day.
Saturday Linky Love and My Plans
Good Morning! I have been up early thanks to the kids. I don’t think they were made to sleep in as they have had me up early for the last few days. I am beginning to think I am running on fumes. LOL
The Father Daughter Dance last night was fantastic. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t see anyone from my troop there. I would have thought a couple would have went. They really did miss out. There was a father who came in his Navy dress uniform. Him and his daughter looked adorable. Some girls had corsauges. Which were adorable. Some dad’s dressed up in suits and others just jeans. The girls had fancy dresses on.

Busy Busy Busy
Today and tomorrow are going to be very busy days.I have so much to do and I feel like I fall further and further behind. I have a Girl Scout Leader meeting tonight. I am debating if I am going to go because my daughter still is not feeling good and is very cranky. Although at the moment she is finally content.
My neighbor spoiled her yesterday and bought her this doll. It has a bottle, sippy cup, diaper wipes, and a little diaper bag. You can carry the dolly on your back too. That is exactly what she is doing this morning. In between her cranky outburts. The kids have been up sine 4:30. I am not talking one of them I am talking all of them. My butt is going to be dragging.
My Daisies Are Rockstars!!
The girls in my Daisy troop so rock! I am so proud of them today! This is the second week we have been making valentines for a nursing home/rehabilitation center. We needed 110 Valentines. Well one of my girls sat and made 40 Valentines all on her own. She so rocks!! A couple others made some too. I was really thrilled about that. One of the girls came up to me before the meeting and said I have something for you. So I opened it. She made me the cutest little Valentine! I am putting it on my fridge!
