Since we are in winter and we are getting ready to work on a winter/snow theme, I thought I would create some creative writing printables to go along with our theme. As of right now we do not have any snow. In fact this year we are having above normal temperatures and we have had a lot of rain. Sadly we will have a brown Christmas. I am hoping that at some point it will snow and we can have our snow day fun!
Valentine’s is one of my favorite holidays.I love seeing all the heart clip art and the mushy cards out there. It is also my anniversary. So it’s another reason I love it so much.
We are still working on addition in math. So I thought since I found this cute clip art dice that I would make some simple addition worksheets of adding 1 – 6.

Thanksgiving is next week and I can’t believe how fast it has come. Next week we will have a shortened week here. I decided to make up something fun that I could play with both of the kids. Yes it would be review for both of them but they still love when I make up fun learning games. Well, ok at least my daughter does. My son well he is another story.
I recently had my Creative Writing Prompts as a Facebook Fan Freebie but it seemed like some had problems with downloading it. So I have decided to put this up on my blog so your able to grab it with out any problems.
This writing prompt printable is set up for grades K – 8. As you can see in the picture above the oldest students don’t have the option of drawing. They have instructions on what to write and can get creative from there. From Kindergarten through maybe early middle school you have the lines for each grade and a space for pictures. There are instructions on what to draw and write.
My daughter has been asking for some new dotter pages. Since fall is right around the corner I thought that these graphics were perfect. Maybe I will also make some color by number pages with some black and white graphics I have. Just have to find some time this weekend to do them.
There is only 4 pages of pictures to use the bingo daubers with. All you need to do is print them and let your little one go to town. If you don’t have bingo daubers you can use whatever your little heart desires to fill in the circles with.
