Do Siblings of A Child With Autism Often Have Subtler Problems? – Not In My Case as far as I can See
You know since I was pregnant with my daughter it has always been in the back of my mind whether or not she would have some form of autism. As of right now and knowing the early autism warning signs I would have to say that she is no where near it. I do see a couple things. She is very smart for her age and a very good problem solver. She at times has a funny finger mannerism. She is obsessed with coloring and crafty types of things. She could sit at the table all day and do them. She has excellent eye contact and is a little social butterfly. So just because I notice a couple things doesn’t mean she has autism. I don’t think she will fall any where on the spectrum but we shall see as time goes on.
