Secretariat hits theaters on October 8th, 2010.
If your not familiar with this movie let me tell you a little bit about it.
Based on a true story that chronicles the spectacular journey of the 1973 Triple Crown winner “Secretariat.” Both a housewife and mother Penny Chenery agrees to take over her sick father’s Virgina-based Meadow Stables, despite her lack of horse-racing knowledge. Against all odds, Chenery – with the help of veteran trainer Lucein Laurin- manages to navigate the male-dominated business, ultimately fostering the first Triple Crown winner in 25 years and what maybe the greatest racehorse of all time.
I myself have seen the previews while we were watching Toy Story 3 and I must say that I can’t wait for this movie to come out. If you have not seen the trailor take some time to preview it.
