Red Hat Grammies Are Awesome – A Wonder Breakfast In Door County
Today is the last Monday at the end of the month. Well that means it’s Red Hatter Breakfast Time! No I am not old enough to wear a red hat. However, I can wear a pink hat. I have been with the Red Hatters now for well almost 4 or 5 years. Let me tell you they are a blast! Lots of fun things to do. There is never a dull moment.
Well this group of ladies is very special to me and my daughter. When I found out I was pregnant they had planned a baby shower for me. Let me tell you it was the most amazing baby shower one could have ever had. Brittany received lots of nice things. She has lots of special Red Hat Grammies who always enjoy getting a chance to see her. I try to bring her to breakfast each month. They love getting a chance to see how much she has grown.
This was the first time this year I was able to take Brittany to breakfast. We went to The Rusty Tractor in I want to say Egg Harbor. All I know is it is between Carlsville and Egg Harbor. If your looking to camp Harbor Village is very near they and they have an awesome camping ground. Which that is another post for later. I had an International Scramble for Breakfast. It was 3 scrambled eggs with tomatoes, bacon, and monetary jack cheese on top of hasbrown. I paid 7.95 for it. Let me tell you I got my moneys worth because I had extra to take home. No way could I eat all that. The pancakes were HUGE too! Really there was no skimpy meal everyones had plenty for the price.
We even got a nice surprise. We received some goodies from The Naked Cow Confectionary. We had a cherry bomb, Which was a chocolate covered cherry with a chocolate covered oreo on the bottom. Two pepermints and a small piece of vanilla fudge with red sprinkles. We walked over to the store after breakfast. They had lots of different types of fudge, homemade jewelry and signs and I can’t remember what else. But it was amazing. I haven’t tried mine yet as I am full from breakfast.
Let me share a couple pictures of our Littlest Pink Hatter who was very well behaved.

A very special Red Hat Grammie…Grammie Rita!

What a sweet group of ladies, and even sweeter that they enjoy spending time with your little one! I’m glad you all had such a terrific breakfast and treats besides!

Thank you. My daughter had such a blast. She kept telling them I am a big girl like H! Which is her best friend. It was so cute. I had more pictures but didn’t want to flood the post.
I have always wanted to be part of the Red Hat Club, but glad to know there is a space for the Pink Hatters. What a fun group and how lucky you and your daughter could partcipate. What a fun memory.
