I actually tried the recipe I am about to share with you. It was originally posted on Sprinkles and Flours. I must say this is the BEST Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin I have EVER made. My daughter keeps wanting more. They were perfect!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 to 3 mashed, ripe bananas
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy
3. Stir in bananas
4. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate chips
6. Fill muffin pan about 2/3 full
7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

For Bread bake for 60 – 60 minutes and for mini muffins 10 – 15 minutes.
