Recipe Traders – New Sunday Meme

Welcome to the first of many recipe exchanging Sundays. I started this as I miss all the recipe swaps and exchanges that there use to be that I can’t find anymore. I know others have mentioned it too. I am really excited to start this meme. Take the button and link it back to hear. Post your own recipe on your blog and add your link to MckLinky.
I actually tried the recipe I am about to share with you. It was originally posted on Sprinkles and Flours. I must say this is the BEST Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin I have EVER made. My daughter keeps wanting more. They were perfect!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 to 3 mashed, ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy
- Stir in bananas
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Fill muffin pan about 2/3 full
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
For Bread bake for 60 – 60 minutes and for mini muffins 10 – 15 minutes.

I love the combination between chocolate and banana. They just so fragrance! I should try your recipe Stacie. Thanks for sharing
