Recipe Trader Sundays – Hershey Kiss Cookies

Happy Sunday All! Yesterday I made on of our favorite Christmas Cookies. It’s the Hershey Kiss Cookie! Today I am going to make some Snow Balls. Hershey Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Sift soda, flour and salt together. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars in another bowl. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Blend in dry ingredients. Then shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungresased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Take from oven’ place a Hershey Kiss in the center of cookie. Return to oven for 2 – 5 minutes.

It is Yonca! I love these cookies. Although they turned out a little crunchy this time around.
Yummy! Hershey Kiss cookies also one of my family’s favorites! Also a great cookie to wrap up in festive tissue & ribbon to give away!

Yes that is so true Ollie! I did a cookie exchange with some friends and I made a dark chocolate chip and mint chip cookie. It was fantabulous.
Thank you for sharing. I make something similar too. Don’t you just love baking for friends and family? Especially for the holidays. These look yummy , thank you for sharing.

I had these cookies at Halloween when a friend brought them over. I could never resist something with chocolate! BTW, love the new snowflakes and snowman, great job.

Hmmm, this sounds yummy! I love Hershey’s Kisses. I might have to skip the peanut butter because my daughter’s possibly allergic to peanuts, but the Hershey’s Kisses alone make them a winner in my book!
