Recipe Swap 6/8/09

Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes
1 bag of Ore Ida Hash Browns
1 16 oz container of Sour Cream
1/2 cup butter
2 cups shredded Monterary Jack Cheese
2 cups shredded Colby Cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Mix this all together in your crockpot. I would advise that you spray the inside of the crockpot with Pam. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
This is a family favorite!

It sure does!! Trying to think what I am having for supper tonight.
Cheesy Potatoes are one of my husbands favs. I will probably make them for Father’s Day.

Actually if your crockpot is like mine it takes 4 hours to make on low. It is worth the wait. I promise

I promise you Vickie you will love this!! I forgot to mention you can add 1/2 cup of chopped onions.
