I have a couple friends who have autistic kids and they have done the gluten-free. I did write a four part article on it. People did see good results. Behaviors lessend and made things more managable. I am seriously considering it. While I was in a blog internship Brenda was blogging at Family Foodies with me. She had listed so many wonderful things about GF and made GF lists and really it isn't as bad or as hard as I thought it would be. Brenda has her own blog and I don't remember the name off hand but I will be happy to share it with you.

Vicki that is a good idea. I try to ask him sometimes what he would like for supper and let him pick. Alot of times it spaghetti and my oldest doesn't like eating it over and over. LOL He does like helping once in a while when he is in the mood.

DJ isn't really a big meat eater. He loves raw carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli. I normally make a dip for him to eat them. He does like yogurt too. As I am come across more recipes or ideas for him I will be glad to post it.
