We thought Dakota had Aspergers but the neuro psych diagnosed him with High Functioning Autism. It's nice to know I am not feeling alone. It's really hard to work around the behaviors sometimes.

I would have to agree with the article too. All of my boys have developmental delays but my middle one, I have always suspected of having Aspbergers which is a high functioning form of autism. My middle guy gives me so much trouble! I have to go over the same routines with him every day over and over again! Not because he doesn't know what to do but he simply likes to pretend that he doesn't know. Then he will cry in fits on the floor if I don't comply to his demands or call him out on his behavoir. Working around his personality can be very stressful for our family at times. At the same time though it is great to see his personality really blossom and show us his true colors.
