This was just before sunset on the Fourth of July. This was taken up at Gills Rock, WI. This was one of the boats that was racing in the boat rigada!

I love the sunset glaring in the background and the reflection on the water. Since last weekend was a US holiday, the flag waving finishes it off just great!

It really was fun watching the boats. They start out slow go in a circle and then come by a second time at high speed and splash you.

The sun is beautiful, and the real treat is the sun reflecting on the clear water of the WI lake. I have been to MN, but am certain that the mirror finish on the lakes of the Land of Sky Blue Water extend to the Badger State also!
