iPhone App Favorites Week 4

Every Monday I plan on sharing what our favorite apps were of the week. We are constantly downloading new apps and I like to rotate them for my kids. Although their favorites I do keep on until they don’t really play them. My kids love trying new games out and it’s fun watching the excitement. Right now we are just doing this for iPhone but soon we will be adding our favorite iPad apps in the mix ūüôā

My daughter really likes the itouchlearn feelings. We have the free version of this app. My daughter really likes the Happy And Your Know It song. She plays it over and over and claps her ands and does it all. LOL It’s actually really cute. This¬†app immerses your child into a world of feelings and emotions. It gives the social cutes to identify, interpet and communication their emotions. This app is compatible with iphone, ipad and ipod touch. You can either download the free¬†version or the full version.¬†The full version is $1.99. This is a cute little app for learning emotions.

Kids Doodle¬†– Movie¬†Your Drawing is another app that my daughter just loves. She can spend a really long time creating pictures. She loves to¬†play back her drawing and watch it on video. I love the different brushes they can use and the neon colors. It’s a really simple app for kids who love drawing. There is a free version and a paid version. We bought the paid version I believe for 99 cents. The¬†only difference I believe is that there is no¬†advertisements. This is comptaible¬†with ipod touch, iphone and ipad.

Mermaid Waters: Adventures of Hana and Cory – This is a very cute little game for preschoolers. My daughter had a blast playing with this one. There is no advertising and no inapp purchases. From what I watched with my daughter she gets to learn more and less, identifying numbers and I don’t know what else because she seems really stuck on that part of the game. She loves it. The app teaches number recogintion, counting, sizes and basic addition. I love apps that let her have fun and learn at the same time. This app is free in itunes. I do not know if this free for a short period of time and will go back to pricing or if it’s just free. It’s compatible with ipod, iphone, and ipad.
