Are you looking at trying to save money on homeschool costs? Well look now further as the School House Review Crew has put together some great resources with their crew round up.

One of the big places you can get free resources at is your local library. You can search by topics, teachers resources, or compile your own reading lists.

Below you will find a list of some of my favorite websites that offer free resources for homeschool.

Currclick each week has a free resource that they spotlight for free. Each week it changes. There are also some publishers that offer free resources as well.

Teachers Pay Teachers – offers a news letter and has different freebies in them. You can also search the site as well as some teachers do share a lot of freebies there.

Homeschool Share has some great unit studies as well as lapbooks and they are all free. We love to use lapbooks to break up the book work at times.

24/7 Science is loaded with fun science activities and online science games.

Wonderopolis – There are different topics and each topic if you scroll down you will see a video, article, and a hands on activity to do.

Laura Chandler Teaching Resources – There are many different printables for math, science, social studies, and literacy. It looks like it is great 3 – 6.

Online Reading has free online books for beginning readers.

Little City Kids – Free 52 Week history curriculum for early elementary kids.

Cool Math Games – Free online math games.

Soft Schools has many different online games for different subjects that kids can play to learn. PreK – Middle School.

Incredible Art Department has online lesson plans for teaching art.

Crayola also offers some fun lesson plans as well for kids, as well as printables.

Shepard Software is also a great play to find hundred of different games with different age ranges for learning many different topics.

Go Social Studies Go – is a site dedicated to social studies and making it fun.

Discovery Education has free resources for teachers.

Donna Young has some great printable resources.

Homeschool math offers videos, free printables and math games.

Dance Mat offers free typing lessons.

Daily Grammar offers free lessons for upper elementary grades.
