Happy Easter and Birthday!!

Happy Easter to all of you. I hope you all had a wonderful day! Today is also my daughters Birthday. What a great holiday to share a birthday with!! It really has been an amazing day with some family and friends!

Today this girl turns 9. Where does time go? It goes by so incredibly fast. I find that if I blink I am missing things. Where is the pause button when you need it. I am absolutely so very proud of my daughter. She loves to learn. She is like a sponge when she is learning. She is really talented in art. She loves to do crafts and her biggest thing is wanting to learn to sew! She is into fashion design. She is only 9 and is already into fashion! She is always so very happy. She is giggly a lot of the times. She loves to go for walks and biking. I love having a walking buddy! She really has grown so much.

Saturday we spent the day cleaning. For whatever reason she is not a fan of cleaning her room. What could take 30 minutes takes her an entire day to move. I guess I was like that when I was little too. What fun is it to have to clean your room. So last night we started the eggs at about 8:30. I realized that it was going to be to late by the time they were done and cooled and dry. So I told her we would decorate them after church. We had this really cool spin things to do our eggs this year.

We also started some really cute styrofoam bunnies. The problem was we used elmers glue instead of hot glue. It was hard to keep them from falling. My daughter did a better job then I did stacking them. We ended up finishing them before church this morning. She will be giving a couple of them away as we have plenty of them.

Sunday – We went to church. She was really excited that everyone sang to her. Her godmother surprised her with some shopkins. After church we went home to finish our Easter Eggs. I came home and finished up decorating her cake. I made dip and put them ham in the crock pot to warm up. We had family and close friends come today to celebrate Brittany’s Birthday. Next week we plan on having a little party for her. Just some appetizers and some cake again.

Brittany was really excited to see the shopkin house we got her. Her face was priceless. She also got some American Girl Legos. She absolutely loved them. I wasn’t sure because sometimes she grumbles about legos. She also got this really cool colorful and bright ball and an emoji pillow.

She played with her best friend outside as it was such a nice day. They colored with chalks and swing on the swing. She was out like a light before 7 I think. It has really been an amazing day. Our school week well that was ok. We have a problem with our laptop. I am annoyed as all the kids school programs are on it. I can salvage some and put on the mac until the computer comes back from Dell. My friend is coming over tomorrow with her Dell cord so I can rule out the cord before I send that in. I am hoping to get to the Wild Life Sanctuary some time this week.

Hope you all have a great week.
