Yesterday after school Dakota was messing with the Christmas that was outside. We have to take it to the city yard. Well he tried his hardest to stand it in the snow and it kept falling. He walked all over the yard trying to get the thing to stand up. Well he decided to stick the tree in my bushes. I had to chuckle a little as I did think it was funny.

Dakota didn’t stay outside much longer after he found a temporary home for the Christmas tree. He walked around just a little bit with Brittany and then went inside. It was cute because she would grab his hands and say jumpy jumpy and then jump in the snow.

Brittany walked all over the yard. Every time her mittens touched the snow she shook them her hands frantically trying to get the snow off. There was a truck that came down the road and she covered her eyes for some reason. A car went by and honked at her. She didn’t know what to make of that too. We played out side a good 20 – 3o minutes until her big brother got him. He spent a little bit of time with her in the yard and then we went in.

It was a little chilly outside. It was nice waking up to some fresh snow out there. It’s still snowing out there. At 7 I will sneak out there and take my measurements for the National Weather Service. Later on if it’s not too cold we will go out there and play in the fresh snow for a little bit.

Brittany reminded me of that little boy from A Christmas Story that couldn’t put his arms down. LOL
