Friend Makin Monday – Super Bowl Edition

This is my first time joining in. I have seen this meme and have always wanted to join in.
Did you watch the Super Bowl? I watched the last qaurter of the game. I was hoping the Saints would win as they have never been to the Super Bowl. I loved the interception in the last quarter of the game where the last touchdown of the Saints was made. That was just too awesome.
If so who were you rooting for? The Saints
If not what did you do instead? When I wasn’t watching the Super Bowl I was making dinner. We had breakfast for dinner. Egg, Cheese, and Bacon Sandwiches. My oldest son wanted to learn how to make scrambled eggs and bacon. So I had him doing the most work. He did a great job. If I wasn’t cooking then I was on facebook and catching up on my blog reading.
Where did you watch it/not watch it? We were at home. We didn’t have plans to go anywhere. We have started planning Sundays for family days. We spent most of the day playing board games.
What did you eat? We didn’t have any special snacks. We had breakfast for dinner. YUM
Favorite Super Bowl Commercial? I didn’t watch enough to find a favorite commercial.
Least favorite? The GoDaddy.com commercial I really didn’t care for.
What did you think of the half time show? I didn’t watch it.
Who do you wish would have been in the half time show? Kenny Chesney

I was so glad the Saints won. As you said, that 4th quarter interception was the best
Was an excellent game. I liked the Betty White commercial the best.

I didn’t see any commercials really until the last part of the game. Nothing really impressed me towards the end of the game.
I loved just the short bit I was able to watch… now I love Peyton so I had to pull for the Colts, but it was great for New Prleans to see the Saints win.

It was a very good game. I should have watched the whole game.

I didn’t watch the whole game as I am not a football watcher at all. I do however try to flip back and forth to see some of the commercials and I love to watch half time. First of all I wanted the Saints to win for all of the reasons that everyone are talking about. I missed half-time altogether don’t know how but I did. I loved the Oprah, David Letterman, and Jay Leno commercial that was the best. Betty White was second, and I missed the GoDaddy completely. thanks jj

The Go Daddy one I saw was toward the end of the game. I am going to have to check out the Betty White commercial as I missed that one. It was a really good game to watch. Thanks for stopping by.

Tammy we had a blast together. First time in a long time we actually set aside the time together. Much needed and we are going to keep it going.
I did not watch the Super Bowl due to the fact I have pulled my back out and was in bed with muscle relaxers. This go round I did not have dog in the hunt and did not care who won.

Yep, the fourth quarter that what is about that is all i really paid attention to. My kids love breakfast for dinner, I think I will schedule that in for one day this week.

I love breakfast for dinner! I remember when I was little, my mom was in the hospital and my dad made a big bowl of scrambled eggs! So cool!

football is actually rarely on in this house, my hubby may watch a little, but never much.
