  You know, that pisses me off too. When mine were small and one would get strep…we’d trek into the office. Wait with 20 other people (strep/flu season)….come home with a pos test and meds…and then 3 days later I’d call with another kid same symptoms and they’d REFUSE to give me meds til I came in and forked out a co pay. Damn rip off artists.

  Glad your son is feeling better. Hope your daughters ears feel better soon!

  Well that’s not the kicker! I took Dakota to school today and because he was out 6 days they now want a Doctors excuse. So since I went in for labs today I asked them if they would fax over a Doctors excuse. I didn’t take him to the Doctor until Friday and then again Monday. I might just have to have her write another letter about Dakota having Autism and kids with Autism and stress tend to get sicker then other kids and they have to deal with it. LOL She did that one year. I know she will be happy to do it again. I think every time I take him in from now on I am going to get a Doctors excuse that way they can’t say nothing!

  I had the same thing happen to my daughter. She had chronic ear infections for the first three years of her life, rarely did she have a fever. The doctor often misdiagnosed her ear infections causing a delay in antibiotics. Eventually we put tubes in her ears which solved the problem.

  I’m glad you found out even if it was later than you would have liked. I’m glad your son is doing well.

  You know what Jen it just pisses me off. That lady that was the nurse was horrible. Your right at least she has the antibiotics now. I wonder if she is going to have tubes. My oldest had tubes. Time will tell.

  It does suck when the little ones are sick. Britt has been doing well though. She has her moments of being clingy. I am glad you like the layout. I think I like this one too. Hope you guys are doing well.

Now to get your sister feeling better.It is funny how when they are that small, not even a double ear infection can slow them down.I remember how bad ear infections are.
