Chicken Potato Crockpot Casserole

We are actually having this for dinner tonight. I used the ore ida chunk potatoes instead of hashbrowns. I also added an extra can of cream of chicken soup as it looked a little dry. I used grilled chicken. Instead of 1/2 block of cream cheese I used it all. I will add a full bag of shredded cheese to it. I love cheesy!! YUM!! Hoping this turn out yummy!

Chicken Potato Crock pot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 package (32-ounce) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup white onions (diced)
  • 1 can (4-ounce) chopped green chiles
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese in crockpot.

Cook for three hours on high.

Top with cheddar cheese and reduce heat to low.

Cook for 30 minutes additional minutes and serve hot.

Makes six generous servings.
