Cherry Bread Recipe
Today I decided to make Cherry Bread. I was in the mood to bake something today. I am a cherry lover! I could eat anything with cherries in it.

Cherry Bread Recipe
2 cups Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
8 ounces Maraschino Cherries and Juice, cut into pieces
1 Cup Walnuts (optinal)
Pre Heat Oven to 350
- Mix eggs and sugar together
- Add juice from cherries
- Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well
- Add cherries and nuts
- Pour batter into loaf pan
- Bake 45 in a 350 degree over
- Just a note you might want to check it at 45 minutes to make sure it’s done. Mine could have went 5 – 10 minutes longer as it wasn’t done yet in the middle and the middle dropped. Sigh…. I will tackle this again tomorrow.

The bread was ok. I think it was my fault though as I should have left it in longer.

Nope it tasted floury. Plus I didn’t bake it long enough. With bread you would think I would know better
