Cheesy Chicken Rice Recipe

This is one of my absolute favorites! We had this last night for supper. My boys don’t care for rice but my daughter loves it. It’s very easy and quick to make.

Cheesy Chicken Rice

2 chicken breast fully cooked (I use the frozen mequite chicken from Sam’s already precooked)

2 cups of minute rice

1 can cream of chicken

1 bag of 2 cups of shredded cheese any flavor (Cheddar is what I used)

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Make the minute rice according to the directions on the box. While the rice is in the making you cut up the chicken into pieces. Once the rice is done you put it in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add the chicken, soup, and cheese and mix it all up. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes and your done.
