Over the weekend I was searching for new recipes to try. I stumbled across the Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole. All I can say is that it is so yummy and oh so cheesy. A nice artery clogging dinner! This was a keeper in my house.

Today I thought I would make something fun for the kids. It’s a much cooler day and today and tomorrow are suppose to feel like fall. What’s more perfect then that. Great baking weather. Today my daughter and I made Smurf Bars. All my daughter keeps saying now. I want to eat those.

Happy Saturday! My mom came over today and we made a couple different kinds of salsa. We had a lot of fun making it. I don’t know if any of you ever heard of Door County Cherries or Door County Salsa but if you haven’t your missing out on the best Bing Cherries there is. I tried some Cherry Salsa from one of the Farmer Markets in Egg Harbor. After the first taste I fell in love with Cherry Salsa immediately. It’s a very sweet salsa. Well I was curious and I googled around the net and I found a couple recipes. I love Philly Cheese Steak Pizza from Domino’s. It’s one of my favorite pizzas next to the one I special order from Papa Murphy’s. Well I don’t have a Dominos in town so I decided to make my own Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. I need to tweak it a little but I will tell you exactly how I made it. I might do with out the mustard though and add some garlic and maybe even a little ranch seasoning ot make it more of a white sauce.
