Friday I made a new soup and it was Cream of Wild rice. I failed on the first batch of rice but the second batch of rice was perfect. The soup is creamy that is for sure and I love the taste of it. I will be making it again that is for sure.  Read more...

First off I want to say Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone. I hope your spending some time with your loved ones. Nothing really fancy going on around here. Just spending some time hanging out as a family. It appears that no one really wanted to part take in Game Day. Brad invited his friend over and Earl and Dakota are playing xbox. This morning I thought I would be nice and make pancakes this morning as we dont’ make them homemade often. Well the recipe was very good. The bad part was that my pans suck! I need to get a griddle that I can make the panacakes on. I also desperately need new frying pans as the set I have is a major disappointment.  Read more...
