The Best Ever Oatmeal Creme Pies!!

Yesterday I made some Oatmeal Creme Pies. When I was growing up I use to love the Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies. I had such a taste for them yesterday so I decided to make my own. They turned out fantastic. Only my filling was a little runny because I used butter in place of shortening. I have to get the consistency right. So I will be making these again. I also substituted maple syrup for molasses as I didn’t have that.  My daughter loved the oatmeal cookies with out the creme filling. They were just delicious period!

Lemon Garlic Chicken and Garlic Butter Noodles – Keeps Vampires Away :)

Well I can’t believe last night I made things with so much garlic. I thought for sure I was going to bed with heart burn. Thankfully not! There is enough garlic in this to keep the vampires away for a long time.
