Every year the week after Thanksgiving our town has Christmas in the city. Starting with Friday Night a parade and trip to see Santa in his little house. Saturday there is breakfast with Santa. There is a few events that go on both Friday Night and Saturday. We didn’t attend it this year. We did take a walk down to the Park of Lights to check out the trees during the daytime. I wanted to see what the trees looked and how they were decorated. We didn’t get pictures yet of what they look like at night but I plan on it soon. The Snowman Santa is my favorite. My daughter absolutely loves to wear dresses. This dress that she is wearing is one of my favorites that she has.

I sat here thinking I am really not sure what to write about today. A lot has been happening here in my little corner of the world. So I thought what better to write about is some positive highlights this week with my kiddos.

I absolutely love the above picture. I made some fresh play dough for Brittany. I turned my back fora few minutes and she had created a pile of hearts! Love IT!!  Read more...

This year we went trick or treating by my parents. The kids made out like little bandits. Brittany wanted to be Mickey Mouse so we were going to try to do a Halloween Version however I grabbed the wrong head band so I couldn’t make mouse ears. So it was minus the mouse ears. The Tutu was made by a friend of mine who makes Tutus as well as decorated shoes and hair clips. I thought it was gorgeous. Dakota was a Zombie. Hope you all had a great Halloween!
