Well for me that’s easy!
Crockpot Cheesey Potatoes
1 bag of Oreda Hashbrowns
1/2 cup butter
1 160z container of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups of shredded monterary jack cheese
2 cups of shredded colby cheese
Mix ALL ingrediants in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
This is Delicious. May not be good for the thighs or cholesterol…LOL

Yum Yum! I make this recipe, but have always baked it. I’ll have to throw it in the crockpot… sounds much simpler!
