Autism and Vaccines – Here we go again.

Author: Well I started surfing the net again and I came across another article that just ticked me off. Well I shouldn’t say ticked me off but you know I beg to differ with the topic of autism and vaccines. By no means am I trying to find something to blame or someone to blame. If you read my past posts you would understand where I am coming from. In Dakota’s case everything is coincidence when it comes down to the vaccines. Like I told you before I can’t help but wonder.
So I started reading Vaccine Myths 101: Do vaccines cause autism? Well right at the beginning it says NO… autism is not caused by vaccines. Well you know me and my mouth I left a comment on the blog there. I wasn’t mean about it. I just get really frustrated. They keep saying there is so much scientific evidence. Well I am sure there is evidence that shows it does also but you see those big pharmaceutical companies have these fancy lawyers to keep us believers away. Even the AMA wouldn’t future test autism and vaccines. There was even closed door meetings with the companies and the CDC. Hmm wonder why the public never knew about them and Robert Kennedy is the one that exposed them. Oops…
I don’t dispute the fact that the vaccines have saved lives of many but like everything else in life even something to good to be true can be bad for you. I think when they do the research on autism and vaccines where ever they are collecting there information and saying there is correlation I think they are looking at the wrong thing.
What really upsets me about this article is that the author states that those vocal minority who speak about the vaccines and autism are Autism Deniers because of the new theory of genetics. Ummm listen pal I never said I was an anti vaccine person. Dakota still gets his vaccines. Just not the MMR as he had a seizure when he was 6. I am not in denial as I have facts that back up my thinking. I have every reason to believe the vaccinations may have played a part. For your information it was NOT the MMR I am linking Dakota’s autism too.
Ughhh I got so disgusted I couldn’t even finish the article.

There is still closed door meetings going on. President Obama met with the pharmaceutical industry this spring (2009) and got them to give him a 80 Billion dollar concession. That doesn’t surprise me. I am sure those pharmaceutical companies have paid off people to stop researching and stop talking about the vaccines. It’s a shame that companies have no accountability for what they have done. Even bigger shame that the government would hide it from us.
When will there be an answer? When will the medical and pharmaceutical community realize that there needs to be more testing and research done to form concrete conclusions about this link that they’ve been discussing for so long…We still don’t know…I can totally sense your frustration and it’s completely understood!

I am just so sick and tired of all the cover up. Just frustrates me that the person who wrote that article called us believers Autism Deniers. I never denied the Autism. It is frustrating. They are talking about genetics now but it makes you wonder if the vaccines messed that up or something. There is always something to debate. I guess the person who wrote the article does not have an autistic child. I wonder if he realizes what it’s like to watch your child regress. You make progress and there are times you take steps backward. It’s rather frustrating.

Why no large scale testing/studies? That is a huge question. These are our children! But if an old man cannot stand at attention, if you know what I mean, we will make sure to spend money on helping him. Disgusting!

Well there was but all of a sudden there isn’t going to be any more testing that I know of. I did read another article that was very distrubing. I am not really sure if it is true so before I say anything I want to further investigate. It’s something that would really cause controversy and I am really not sure I want to bring that to my blog. LOL I am really disgusted with what I read. It’s what actually is an ingredient in the vaccines. That is what is disturbing. So I am going to take to my doctor about it and find out if she knows anything about it next time I am in there.
I always thought that it was the mercury found in old vaccines that may have contributed to higher autism cases. I am pretty sure that today’s vaccines are mercury free.

They are suppose to be mercury free now. I came across another article and there is a company doing research on this thing I read. It’s actually very disturbing and i am going to dig into a little more before I post it on my website. It really still has me thinking.
Worry won’t solve anything. Just do whatever thing you feel peace to do. Have a peaceful week Stacie

I just checked it out. She listed what I read last night. It was aborted fetal tissue in the vaccines. She listed more and I had no idea what was in the vaccines until now. CRINGE…
I have 4 children… with my 3 older children born in 1988 and 1989 I didn’t question vaccines… I did it because I thought I had to. Fortunately everything was just fine.
When Steffie was born in 2005 I just could not bring myself to get her vaccines… I just had the most horrible unshakable feeling that if I did it she would never be the same. There is no way of knowing if my feelings were warranted… I chose to not do vaccines with her. Mother’s intuition?… I dunno… I just know that the feeling was so strong. I’m glad I listened… and I’m glad I’ll never what if…

Sometimes you just have to go with your gut feeling. My oldest was fine and so far my youngest but after reading ingredients that are in them ughhh. I don’t think I want to further vaccinate anymore.
Its not easy raising kids. All the hard choices!!
