I don't think it was a factor in our case, especially not with our twins b/c they had signs of autism from birth (we just didn't recognize it until later) and did not regress. Our youngest regressed between 15 mos and 2 yrs and was dx'd at 2, so it's harder to say for sure but it was such a gradual change and no noticeable reaction to the vaccines I really don't think that was it for him either. I have known families where there was a severe reaction / change immediately following vaccines so I can see how there could possibly be a connection. On the other hand, I have known at least one family that didn't vaccinate and their child had a similar overnight change at about the same age they would have been vaccinated, with no idea what caused it. A lot of questions, not a lot of answers.
