Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My Question For the Week is:
Do you ever feel like your invisible on twitter or any of the other networking sites?
I must admit sometimes I feel like I have the plague or something as you see all the others jumping into conversation and there I times I just feel ignored. Especially at the twitter parties. There is so many people and it’s so hard to keep up sometimes.
Now don’t go thinking I am complaining or anything. As I am not. I am just wondering if others have felt this way.

Whew good I am not alone. LOL
You are definitely not alone. I haven’t been spending much time on Twitter for this very reason. I agree about Twitter Parties being hard to follow, they just move so fast. By the time I try to chime in the conversation has moved on.

That’s the same reason I haven’t been on twitter. I love to talk and I know I could talk forever! I just don’t get it.
Sure, I feel invisible a lot of the time. Makes you wonder if anybody’s really reading what you’re tweeting or updating on facebook sometimes.

I update on facebook all the time and I love to tweet!! I am glad I am not the only one!
It’s very hard to jump into a conversation on twitter and it does feel like you’re left out. Sometimes I feel like jumping in, sometimes I don’t.

I am @a49erfangirl and I am pretty your sure following me as I did my #followfriday today!
I do feel that way at times, but I just answer questions, talk and BS until I am noticed more.
I don’t get on all that much.. I have a lack of time…
Dakota has always like to help in the kitchen. Maybe he will be a chef when he grows up.

Ya never know. I think it was cute how he plays it.
I’m still just trying to figure the whole twitter thing out myself. Quite honestly about the only time I go on Twitter is to make a tweet about a giveaway I want to win. I’ve got so many other things going on I just don’t have much time for Twitter… and I can’t use it on my cell phone… so computer is my only option. I would probably do more with it if I had a nice fancy cell phone with a querty keyboard and internet connection… but I don’t… and most like won’t… unless I get a freebie

I have it on my cell phone and I rarely use it on my cell phone unless I am bored or away. I don’t log on as much anymore to twitter unless it’s to post for my blog or giveaways and stuff like that.
i don’t really twitter much I have an account though but i find it kind of intimidating trying to jump in to conversation.

You don’t have to thank me Thom. I did her website too! Isn’t nice! I still have a little tweaking to do yet. Have a great weekend.
I treat twitter more as a place to get my opinions out there to the world. If I see something someone has said that strikes me, then I will comment; but I don’t usually worry so much about conversations. It is much more about getting news, asking what place to eat dinner when on vacation & such. At least that is how I use it. Facebook is usually where I hold my deep conversations.

I hate when I am on a message board and go to reply to a topic and then all the sudden the thread dies. I feel like a total thread killer at times.
