All About Kids Tuesday – Sick Kids

My daughter is running a fever this morning. I am rather surprised as she is still on antibiotics for her ear infection. I am not sure if it’s due to teething or not so I am going to give it a day or two and see how it goes. Unless her fever gets really high then I will take her to the Doctor. Dakota has a Doctor appointment again this morning. I am really tired of having sick kids.
The Doctors appointment yesterday went ok. He said that the behaviors I deal with in the morning stem from the stress and anxiety of school. They want to try adding a med to help for stress. I am not crazy about it as he is on enough already. I have the IEP tomorrow and I am going to do my work on what I want and put it in writing later tonight after the kids are asleep. He did say that Dakota has a lot of anxiety about school. So we shall see. My husband and I are already talking about possible plans for next year with school. Again it all depends on this IEP.
Sorry I don’t have any pictures this week. In fact I have to get off here and take DJ to the Doctor. Have a great Tuesday.

Ohh poor little Brittany. I hope she gets better real soon.
Why is it all doctors say more drugs always. It never ceases to amaze me. Good luck with the IEP tomorrow.

I am trying really hard but what I want and what others think I should have are two different things. This is going to be really interesting today.

It’s not funny to have kids that doesn’t feel well… I hope Brittany feels better soon and that the IEP tomorrow goes well.
My little babygirl (2 yrs) broke her little leg yesterday.

Thanks Vickie. My daughter is crabby, hoarse and still has a fever. Things will go as they go. I will let you know how it turns out later.
What a terrible feeling when your children are sick. Hope she’s already better.

Thanks Maria. She hasn’t had a fever thankfully but the poor girl is still sick. I hate when she cries and I don’t know what is wrong.
