25 Days of Christmas Crafts: Day 21 Snow Globe

Welcome to Day 21 of the 25 Days of Christmas Crafts. Today we made a paper plate snow globe. This was really fun for the kids. I love how they turned out.

Snow Globe

Supplies:

  • paper plate
  • 1 blue construction paper
  • 1 green construction paper
  • graphic of choice or draw one
  • white paint
  • q-tip
  • scissors
  • glue

Directions:

What I did first was trace the inside circle on top of the middle of the paper plate. Then I cute it out and glued the blue piece on top of the middle circle in the middle of the paper plate. I had the kids draw what they wanted. You could always make a winter scene or Christmas Scene. I had the kids pick out the graphic of choice that they wanted to use. Then we glued on the graphics. I took white paint and had the kids dip the q-tip in it and make snow on the blue part of the snow globe. Out of the green construction paper I cut out a base and glued it to the bottom back of the paper plate.
